FutureFuel Chemical Company engaged HEXNET to modernize how the company presents its capabilities to the market, align its brand with its operational reality, and build a digital platform designed to scale with demand.
The engagement began with an in-person kickoff at FutureFuel’s headquarters in Batesville, Arkansas, followed by a comprehensive on-site video production. From there, HEXNET led a full brand and platform build, culminating in a new website, original video assets, and tradeshow-ready materials.
This project established the foundation FutureFuel uses today to communicate, sell, and grow.

FutureFuel is a sophisticated specialty chemical manufacturer with deep technical capabilities, but its digital presence did not reflect the scale, professionalism, or clarity of the organization.
Key challenges included:
An outdated brand system without formal guidelines
Limited ability to clearly explain complex manufacturing capabilities
A website that did not support product discovery, credibility, or inbound demand
Disconnected sales, marketing, and visual storytelling
The risk was not lack of capability, but under-communicating it.

Work began with an on-site kickoff and two-day video production, including multi-camera interviews, wireless audio, facility footage, and aerial drone coverage. This allowed us to capture FutureFuel’s people, processes, and scale authentically.
From there, we:
Formalized the FutureFuel brand using the existing logo, establishing typography, color systems, and visual standards
Designed and built a new website on HEXNET’s platform, structured around real buyer questions and use cases
Produced three core videos: a corporate overview, a custom chemical manufacturing explainer, and a finished products overview
Created supporting background video assets for key pages, including Home, Custom Chemicals, Performance Chemicals, and Sustainability
Implemented HEXNET’s product and content optimization framework to ensure the platform was built for long-term search visibility and inquiry generation
The result was a cohesive system designed to support both credibility and growth.
